MY First Giveaway!!!
While shopping at the Mid Atlantic Quilt Festival...I decided I should have a giveaway for my followers!!! I found a cute scissors leash ( "To Quilt is Human: To Finish, Divine!") is what it says. I bought 2, one for me and one to giveaway. I also found a Sew Unique Creations basket wallhanging pattern. I bought a hanger with a heart for mine to go on ( when I get it made!!) So if you are a follower, old or new, ( in the USA, sorry to others living elsewhere) just post a comment about your present project. Drawing will be on Friday, March 4. Be sure I can contact you.

Love the scissor leash comment!! Thanks for the fun giveaway, added it to my sidebar! Hope you get tons of hits!
ReplyDeleteLove your goodies! Aren't quilt festivals fun? I went to my first one in January. Present project? Projects! I have a short attention span. A finished quilt that still needs threads buried, just finished half of the 48 blocks for a Canasta Quilt, Bee and Swap Blocks going, 3 table runner tops waiting to be quilted, blocks for three quilts for quilt alongs and getting ready to cut a couple more things out. I like having projects in all stages so I can do whatever I'm in the mood for, cutting piecing, binding.
ReplyDeleteHow nice of you. As a matter of fact I'm working on a basket quilt:) But I love them. I haven't been to a quilt show yet, but there is one in April in the next state, so I may try it.
ReplyDeletePresently putting together a red strip centered string quilt. Thanks for the opportunity to win a scissors leash. My class will be happy since I carry their scissors off as I instruct. LOL
ReplyDeleteWow! I love giveaways don't you? I am working on two projects...One is for my PIF gal - my Sunshine quilt and the other project is getting items sewn for my first ever craft sale!
ReplyDeleteI didn't go to the Mid-Atlantic festival this year. So it's nice to see what you got. Presently I am working on my Little Birdie Stitches block. Oh I love stitchery now!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Quilting
I'm so jealous you got to go to the Mid Atlantic Festival. I've never been to that one but it's on my to-do list. Current project? There are many but I'm ready to put the binding on my appliqued rooster quilt. blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteGreat idea - pity that this cant be an entry as i am in Australia. I am working on a quilt for my grandson John - it will be also a play mat with roads etc. I hope to get some photos up tomorrow of how I got the rail track fabric to meet up. Once the back ground is finished I will be adding photos of places that he knows in Australia, Germany, and the UK
