Today we went to a family friend's funeral...I've known him since we were teenagers. It's so sad to see someone die young. His parents are 91, it was so sad to see them. I hope there will soon be a cure for cancer.I feel great pain for his family.
How sad it must be for his parents to survive their son. My father passed away before his mother and she was devastated. She was in good health too and 3 months to the day of my Dad's passing, she passed. My prayers go out to his parents, family, and friends.

ReplyDeleteThis is SO sad. As parents, we don't expect our children to pass on before them. Sending up prayers for the grieving survivors.
