Today was the annual "Corn Day" at our house!! It is usually 3 days because we do 30-35 dozen ears of corn....Yep!! we're hogs!!! This year we decided to do only 12 dozen as we have eaten less at home and still have some in the freezer. I did get to make one square...it's callled Cup & Saucer.
